Katie at the Lemmon Team is remarkable. She goes beyond her duties to  make a house purchase go very smoothly especially if you are moving from out of state. She is very available for viewings even on the weekends and really looks at house conditions with you. She has excellent references for house inspector and repair agencies to give estimates for repairs and possibly do the work that is needed( roof, drainage, hvac,electrical, painting etc…) She follows through quickly on tasks needed to be done in house purchasing and closing. She was a real angel for us buying a house in st George/ southern Utah and moving from the Midwest. How lucky were we to pick Katie as our realtor!! Katie was really helpful in finding us a home through a 1031 Exchange. She took us to all the homes available in our price range and was helpful in pointing out positive aspects as well as supported us when our concerns were expressed. Not our first rodeo with buying and selling. We found Katie while in the process of relocating from out of state and buying a new property. That adds its own challenges in and of itself. We were interested in a couple specific neighborhoods in St George and more so Hurricane. There was a specific neighborhood feel we wanted. Not just another residential track of boxes that all look the same. Katie understood and listened to our specific wants, needs and goals. Ultimately, we found a property that checked enough boxes we started the negotiation process on it. Throughout she was knowledgeable, articulated our concerns and represented us in a professional manner. If there was confusion on something,  it was clarified and addressed. Post transaction, she helped with things someone new to the area wouldn't know where to start without the internet.  We are very satisfied with our experience and will absolutely use her services again in the future for our next acquisition. I've worked with Rand Lemon multiple times and he has always been fantastic.  On the latest sale I had a very difficult buyer but he was able to negotiate with them and ultimately everything went through.
