Rand Lemmon has always had a love for Southern Utah and it’s communities. Growing up here, he’s enjoyed all of the scenic surroundings and activities that the area has to offer. Rand graduated from Hurricane High School, spent a few years abroad (Se Habla Español) and then decided to join his brother, Ryan, in Real Estate. Together they have grown their team and completed thousands of successful transactions. Rand has always enjoyed helping people. He served his community for years as an EMT, firefighter and later as a paramedic. Real Estate is no different. Finding you the right property for the right price or selling your home is another way Rand is ready to help. He loves when a deal is able to come together for the benefit of all involved. Rand and his wife, Jen, live in Hurricane with their four children. They enjoy time with their family, watching soccer, and traveling.
